Biscotti Ravioli filled with Sàvor

Our Ravioli are small bundles of shortcrust pastry filled with our Romagna Sàvor, the typical mostarda that combines slow-cooked grape must and quince with pears, raisins, walnuts, almonds, oranges, and a hint of cinnamon. 

They are typical Romagna biscuits reimagined to remain soft on the palate, never becoming dry or crumbly.

Ingredients shortcrust pastry: soft wheat flour (type 1), butter, potato starch, icing sugar, cane sugar, eggs, natural flavourings, vanillin, raising agent (disodium diphosphate E450).

Ingredients filling Savòr (25%): grape must (contains sulphites) and quince with pears, raisins, walnuts, almonds, oranges and a hint of cinnamon.

Sweet taste.
