Our original recipe with 3 steps of dough and 72 hours of processing and the perfect combination of the strong taste of 100% Arabica coffee and the sweetness of white chocolate of high quality, give our panettone a unique and unrepeatable flavor. The intense taste of this product is the result of the selection of the best coffee of the plantations of Colombia, whose beans are infused cold directly in our laboratory.

Ingredients: wheat flour, pure white chocolate 25% (sugar, powdered milk, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, soy lecithin emulsifier, natural vanilla aroma) butter, sugar, fresh egg yolks, natural sourdough starter (wheat), orange past, honey, caffè, malt, salt, natural vanilla from Madagascar.
