Our fresh products have a shelf life of 24 months

Packaging and Shipping

Our organic dry pasta is packaged in 500g packs

To guarantee a fresh product , once the order has been placed through our e-commerce site we will only ship the products on Monday , Tuesday and Wednesday. In order to receive the product in the shortest time possible. Therefore all orders that we receive from 2.00pm on Wednesday to Sunday will be prepared and shipped the following Monday.

Cooking instructions

Bring the water to the boil , add salt to taste, pour in the pasta and cook for 13-14 minutes
